By signing up to be an affiliate in [Your Company’s Name] Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of this Agreement (“Agreement”).

This Agreement is a legal contract between [Your Company Name], located at [Your Business Address] (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), and you (“Affiliate” or “you”).

The Agreement takes effect upon completion of your registration in our Affiliate Program and will remain in place until terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to the other party. Notice via email is sufficient.

• Affiliate Program: Our program that allows affiliates to earn commissions by promoting our services.
• Commission: The amount paid to affiliates for each eligible transaction by customers referred by affiliates.
• Customer Transactions: Transactions made by leads generated from affiliate links, such as sign-ups or purchases.
• Lead: A potential customer who clicks on the unique affiliate link provided to the affiliate.
• Affiliate Link: A unique tracking link given to each affiliate to promote our services.

This Agreement creates an independent contractor relationship between you and us. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

To participate in our Affiliate Program, you must be over 18 years old and agree to this Agreement in full.

This Agreement does not create an exclusive relationship. Both you and we may work with other affiliates or promote similar products and services.

• Commission Eligibility: Each lead will expire one year from the date they click your affiliate link or if they click another affiliate’s link. You will receive a 60% commission on each valid customer transaction.
• Eligibility Criteria: To receive commissions, (i) a lead must be valid, (ii) a customer transaction must be completed, (iii) the customer must remain with us for at least 30 days, and (iv) the transaction must not be completed by an affiliated party of yours.
• Acceptance and Validity: We reserve the right to accept or decline leads at our sole discretion.

Commissions will be paid in a currency and method determined by us. You are responsible for taxes and fees applicable to your commission payments.

You are welcome to use our trademarks and resources with the following conditions:

• Do not alter resources.
• Use trademarks only for promoting our affiliate program.
• Avoid implying endorsement of any other services without our consent.
• Comply with all laws and regulations when using trademarks.

You must comply with all relevant laws and ensure that third parties acting on your behalf do the same. Misleading or deceptive marketing is prohibited.

You agree to indemnify and defend us from any claims arising from your breach of this Agreement. We will notify you within 30 days if any such claims arise.
